What are you actually doing with AI?
Thirty minutes with Josh Levine. No pitch, no slide deck. You leave with a real map of what AI can do for your specific business, from a practitioner who has built this for 30+ businesses.
Free, and nothing to buy on the call. Takes 2 minutes to apply.
This time is reserved for serious operators.
This is for you if
- You are done exploring AI and ready to deploy it
- You have ideas to pressure-test with someone who has actually built this
- You want someone who has actually built these systems for 30+ businesses, not a consultant reselling someone else's tools
- You are a serious operator ready to invest in real systems
This is not for you if
- You want a vendor pitch or a slide deck about AI
- You are not ready to invest in building real systems
- You want generic AI advice you could get from YouTube
- You are still in the exploring-options phase
One orthodontic practice went from missing nearly 1 in 3 new patient inquiries to a 99.2% engagement rate, with zero additional staff.

The AI Operations Audit, at a high level.
Not AI in theory. A map of how work actually gets done today, and a ranked plan for what AI takes off your team's plate first. Our audits have saved businesses thousands of dollars; one recently found $80,000 in tech stack savings alone.
Phase 1 · Discovery
week 1Working sessions with each department. We walk the org chart together and map what each role actually does in a typical week, alongside a guided tour of your systems. Your team keeps working; each session runs about an hour.
Phase 2 · Task Mapping
weeks 2–3Every recurring task gets inventoried and scored on three axes: hours consumed, what those hours cost, and how much AI can absorb today.
Phase 3 · The Roadmap
week 4A prioritized build list ranked by payback speed: quick wins your team feels within thirty days, then the larger builds in order of return, with keep-or-replace recommendations for your software stack.
What you walk away with
- A complete task inventory scored in hours and dollars
- A ranked build list with the fastest paybacks first
- Keep-or-replace recommendations for your software stack
- A picture of which future hires become managers of AI systems instead of doers of work AI already handles
- A working proof-of-concept demo built from your own operations
- Your team moved off scattered personal AI accounts onto managed, secure ones
Investment
fixed feeThe full fee credits toward any build we do together afterward. If the roadmap leads to builds, the audit effectively costs nothing.
The questions we get most.
Is the brainstorm really free, or is it a sales call?
It is free and there is nothing to buy on the call. You get thirty minutes to think through your operation with someone who builds these systems. If we are a fit to work together, we will talk about that afterward, by email, on your timeline.
Do I need to be in Arizona to work with you?
No. Wise Roots is based in Phoenix and a lot of clients are local, but the work is remote. The orthodontic practice referenced on this page is in the western suburbs of St. Louis.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. Do not build a deck or pull reports. Come with the parts of your week that feel repetitive or expensive, and we will work from there.
How soon will I hear back after applying?
Josh reads every application himself, usually within 24 hours. If it is a fit you get a calendar link. If it is not, you get a straight answer instead of silence.
Do I have to buy the $7,500 audit?
No. The audit is where the conversation leads for some businesses, not a requirement. Plenty of brainstorms end with two or three things you can go implement yourself.

Serious operators only. Thirty minutes, zero pitch, and a real map of what AI can do for your business.
No obligation, and no charge. If it is not a fit, we will tell you straight rather than leaving you waiting.
